Fresh Cream (low sugar, gluten free, egg free, non dairy version)
Sometimes you just want to let your cake speak for itself. In such cases, you can go with our low sugar FRESH CREAMS with a subtle vanilla tinge, that won’t overpower your cake’s natural flavours. You can choose from 7 beautiful colours (please pick below) to brighten up your cake with, both for the tongue and for the eyes.
Our 50g cream orders come pre-packed in piping bags (50g vol.) for your convenience. For larger orders, they come in larger containers, so you’ll have to pack your piping bags yourself (sold separately).
Please note: Fresh cream can withstand room temperatures for a couple of hours, but we still recommend putting any cake with fresh cream in the fridge until ready to serve. That way, it’ll stay cool and won’t go runny.
This product does not contain gluten or eggs. It is considered a non dairy cream (made daily from vegetable oil source). However, kindly note that it does contain tiny amounts of milk solids (as per manufacturer’s indication)
