Eggless Rainbow (egg-free, low dairy)
For those with allergies and dietary restrictions.
Just as fun as our regular rainbow cake, but with dietary restrictions in mind. We feel that it’s unfair for some to be left out of the fun, so we created the EGGLESS RAINBOW CAKE with slightly different ingredients for those who follow a special diet. Egg-free, we also substitute butter with vegetable oil and milk for milk powder. Everything else remains the same, especially the bright colours and the delicious taste.
THE OMBRE VARIANT:
If you’re interested in just one specific colour, you can choose to have it too. Just specify what colour you want (‘Rainbow’ for default) in our drop-down list, and we’ll make you a 6-layer cake in different shades of that colour, going from light to dark. It’s a great way to celebrate a themed party or just enjoy your favourite shade of the spectrum.

Please order 7-10 days in advance for regular orders or 14 days in advance for special orders. If you are in need of a rush job, please give us a call and we will try to accommodate.
All our bases are moist and firm, and will be able to hold up the weight of our ganaches and cream cheese. All cakes are measured in diameter. Heights are standard at 5 inches regardless of size. Our estimates on how many people a single cake will feed is based on standard single servings. Please take this into account if you are catering for heavier or lighter eaters.
