If you want us to frost, fill and layer your cake for you, add this item to your cart before checkout. This will let us know that you want us to help you with that step of the cake-making process (for more information on each step, please refer to our GUIDE).
Here’s an easy step-by-step guide on how to use this cake service item.
1. Pick out your base cake(s).
Currently, cake servicing is only limited to cakes. We do not service cupcakes.
2. Select your choice of frosting.
For each base cake you have chosen, pick out a ganache. Currently, we only work with DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE or WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE for this service. This includes their infusions, as well. If you are unsure as to how much ganache you’ll need for your size of base cake, please refer to the chart below.

3. Add Cake Service.
For each cake that you want us to service on your behalf, add this item to your cart that number of times. That means if you want us to service only one cake in your cart, just add ‘CAKE SERVICE’ once. If you want us to service two cakes, you’ll need to add this to your cart twice, and so on.
4. Leave instructions.
Give us the details in the Remarks section just before you check out. Tell us which cakes need which ganache, if you have more than one, or feel free to ask any questions you need.
5. Wait for us to contact you.
Because we handle each customer and each cake personally, we will be in touch with you to confirm your order and to make sure everything’s going smoothly. Don’t worry if you make a mistake, we’ll happily help you to clear it up and make sure your experience is an enjoyable one.
